Ruby On Rails Hosting Support

Any plans to add support for Ruby/Rails or the Mono platform on Linux servers?

Support for either of these seems in short supply amongst UK Web hosting companies and I know of at least one developer who has moved their hosting package to the US because they needed a sandbox for Rails development.

Ruby/Rails is already supported on our servers and all you need to do is download the fast cgi in your account and setup the cart. If you find it difficult to do the install from your end then you can contact our support team to do the installation for you.

Installation hardly takes any time but if you cannot do the installation then we may charge some nominal amount to install it for you.

SOo any chance of the Mono Project or am I just pushing my luck

Mono is already supported on our Linux servers hosting plans but asp can never work without downtime or errors on Linux servers and you should consider our windows plan if you wish to run asp applications.

If you face problems with your mono project on our linux servers then the blame would come on us as we are expected to troubleshoot all the time.
