Free Domain Name or Web Hosting Package Upgrade

In the beginning we have planned to give domain to only first twenty members but later we changed our mind and decided to give domain to every member contributing with quality posts. The free domain contest will continue and if we decide to close the contest we will update the thread accordingly.

How do I know when the domain is mine?

Can I use the hosting I already have with you to host it?

I've added the domain in your account. You can use it as an addon domain with the existing hosting package.

I can't see it in there? Do I have to add it myself in the add on domain bit? Sorry - this is all a bit new.

You can create the addon domain from your cpanel.

Login to your cpanel and click "addon domains"

There are three fields:

1) New Domain Name: Put the domain name without www in the name.
2) Username/directory/subdomain Name: Give any name but make sure that the name you give it doesn't already have a folder.
3) Password: your password

I think I read somewhere in this thread that it is only one domain per member - is that correct?

I hoped to aim for the free hosting at 100 (plus the 30 I had for the free domain) but if I could get some more free domains I might buy the hosting here for them - I found add on domains hard to get my head round. Still haven't got it set up how I wanted.

So is it 30 quality posts to get a free domain for a year? Intresting.
Sho how does it work I mean when we register for one is it just free? Or do we PM the staff or admin what domain we want, they give us a list of one's available and they get it?
Also when you say "quality" posts. Do you not mean one line posts or just one word posts. And do you mean decent sized paragraphs, or good helpful posts (basically not talking on and on about nothing)

I have another question how many members are left now? You said 20 at the start, I'm sure people were racing to get their 30 posts as fast as they can, so they would've been taken up by now.

When you say you will upgrade, is it basically upgrading from what you have already bought? And what if you haven't bought a hosting plan, will you just get one free?

More than 20 members have got the free domain but still we have kept the contest open for our other members. So you still have the chance to get a free domain. You can post one line or big paragraph but it should be a good helpful post. Once you complete 30 post you will get the domain name of your choice (.com or .net or .org or .biz or .info) free for a year. Posts made in the community forums won't be eligible for the contest. Package upgrade option is only for our existing shared clients only.
