Hi James, when did the supreme plan get reduced to £49.99? I just took my plan out with you last week at £59.99.

It's just a limited period offer for the christmas. From last week we are offering 20% discount for the VPS hosting and for the shared hosting plans and other plans we have started offering discounts from today itself.

James you misunderstood I was not asking about the Discounts. You show the Supreme normal price as £49.99 but I paid £59.99 which you are still showing on your Web Site

It was a typo error, I apologise for that. The normal price of the Supreme Plan is indeed £59.99 a year and the discount price is £48 a year

James, what would my position be if I decided to upgrade to a Reseller Package (Linux Copper)? And if I did what would the cost be next year, the normal price or the discount price?

You can upgrade your Supreme Plan to Linux Copper Plan. If you upgrade to Linux Copper plan in this month then you will get the 20% Discount and for the next due you will have to pay as per the normal price.

Yes, all new accounts which we have from November 2006 are hosted on UK servers.

James do the reseller Packages have Anti Spam and anti Virus software included, I can't see it mentioned on the specification page.
