Do I need to route calls through VPS support or Dedicated Support?

Thanks Dan, its just the semi-dedicated is technically a VPS, so I didn't want to hit the wrong team with my questions.

They will move your ticket depending on type of technical questions you may have. If your problem is related to Virtuozzo then it should go in VPS Team and if its related to OS or control panel then it should go in Dedicated Server support.

I would like to suggest you to go through the VPS and check all the functionality.
