While searching in google I came across these two links, only the URL is different rest all is completely same.
what is the reason for this? Isn't this duplicate content?

Sorry Romeo, Not found the thing you came accross.

They must be copying the page at that time when you were searching.

Try again and see if you find it the same.

As both the URL redirect to the same article, so its not the case of duplicate content.

IMO it is not a matter of duplicate content. If you carefully look on both the result page obtained, it is clearly mentioned on one site that it has been redirected from another. In such a scenario it is not at all a matter of duplication. Sometimes Redirection is used to correct the wrong domain name as we see in the above mentioned two examples. There are many sites that use the redirection as a tool to generate traffic as they identify the possible loops to redirect.

Yeaah true, it's a redirect. Though my question to you guys.

Have you found those two links in Google Search?

I was unable to find the results in Google.
