Um new here, I found this forum through google and Just wanna ask few questions.

What is the difference between CPC and CPM?
Which is the best CPC or CPM program and why do you think it is good?

CPM means Cost Per Thousand impressions. It is the price paid by an advertiser for a web site displaying their banner ad a thousand times. CPC or Cost per Click advertising means you will pay a certain price every time your banner ad is clicked by a user, regardless of how many times it is displayed.

CPC - Cost Per Click, It's basically a synonym for PPC when talking about ad types.
CPM - Cost Per Thousand, you get paid for every 1000 times the ad is viewed, usually banners or popups.

Best CPC program - Google Adsense
I think FastClick and TribalFusion are good CPM programs.
