Can you guys tell me, how Google can trace out a link whether it is traded or obtained naturally.
Does trading with links affect PR. I know links from relevant high PR sites are beneficial, suppose we have links from relevent sites though we have not traded but obtained it naturally by placing anchor text pointing to our site, then what will google think of such backlink? |

Well, Google's algorithm is good enough to classify websites according to their categories or fields from which they operate. If yourwebsite.com is a website selling mobile phones and has pagerank of 6 and if this website gives a one-way/reciprocal link to abcwebsite.com is a site about mobile phone reviews and operators, then surely the chances of your site getting good PR go higher. The key is to exchange links with site within the same industry but not directly competing.
Google determines the site's relevancy with the help of site's keywords in the Page titles, Meta description, h1, h2, h3 tags, URL, Page content and keyword density. It can analyze your anchor text within the internal linkage of a website, so if you have a page called mobile_deals.html for example, its linked to by the anchor "mobile phone deals" it can assume that your page there deals with Mobile Phone Deals. |

Traded links in other word non-natural links. These are the links you can get through non-natural way. Of course trading with links can affect your PR in major way. Google is always in search for the links which are occurred through trading. Now how they know? For this google uses some tactics. Devaluing links, which uses double standard c block IP addresses. These are the links which are off topic, irrelevant and speedily attained. And if the links are irrelevant then they says it’s a bad impact on search engine. And it’s not only google, any other search engine wants to provide their best while giving the result.
