Can you guys tell me, Do Once created sitemaps change themselves automatically when we change our internal link structure of page or should we recreate it and reload it on server.

No. You have to keep your sitemap updated and resubmit it in order for the changes to get updated on the search engines.

Hi harry, I take " on server " means at your end, right? There are two ways to manage sitemap, one is manually you update it at your end. Other is you take the help of sitemap generator, it dose it for you. So it sollely depends upon you, how do you want to go.

Hi Sanderson,
You can run it on IIS server, but you need to check that PHP language should be supported to run it. Check it out the system requirement to run it; " xml-sitemaps.com/documentation-xml-sitemap-generator.html "

Everytime you add/delete webpages on your site, you should update your sitemap.xml too. But if you just update your current webpages i.e adding contents or articles,

Go to Google Webmaster Tools - sitemap page
login into your account
choose your sitemap of your website
check the box at the left of your sitemap name and click Resubmit Selected button. Your sitemap status become "pending".
logout from Google sitemap page. After a few minutes the sitemap status will become "OK".
