Default Keyword Density

Does anyone know what a good keyword density is for the top 3 Search engines, Google, Yahoo and MSN?

The preferred keyword density ratio varies from search engine to search engine. The recommended ratio of keyword density by the experts is in the range of 2-8%.

I heard google tolerate keyword density within 2% anything more G might consider spamming, I think better to analyze it using such tools;

Keyword Density is given far more importance in both Yahoo and MSN as compared to Google, in fact their keyword density tolerance is slightly higher than that of Google. But you need to make sure not to over-do the keyword density to avoid getting penalized. In general density in the range of 2% to 5% should be fair enough.

Keyword density is different for main three search engines. Generally, 2% to 7% keyword density is normal. Do not over use keywords otherwise search engines may penalize your site.
