Default Hidden Keywords

Is it possible to put some text on a page that is not visible for anyone,
except for search engines?

Default Possible but not advisable

It's easy to do - you could just make the text the same colour as the background or use css to give it a massive margin that would force it offscreen.

The problem is that using this for search engine ranking is an old trick and they are generally wise to it. And if you get caught then there is a chance that you will get banned.

Guys,

You are making a big mistake by brining such thoughts in your mind. Take a look at news.inq7.net/infotech/index.php?index=1&story_id=67093 before you proceed with hidden keywords.

Websites are removed from google immediately if hidden keywords are found by the robots. If you get blocked then you wont get listed at least for next 2 years.

Default Deja Vu

Is this not pretty much what I said earlier? Good article reference though.

Why would you want to have words with the same color as background? This practice is considered keyword stuffing which is not good. Your site may get penalized if the SEs discover keyword stuffing as this practice is considered unethical, Some search engines even ban the offending Web pages from their search results.
