Webhosting UK reviews

I realise that this is not the best place to ask this. However I am thinking of joining UK cpanel dedicated hosting service provider but can not find any independant reviews anywhere, so I am left with the only option of asking current users of the company. Any non-company feedback appreciated.

I've got 3 sites with this UK Webhosting service provider. The longest has been running for just over 2 years.

I have no complaints and their hosting services are excellent.

Pretty much the only downtime I've had is when they got hacked a little while back (as do many hosts) but it was sorted out quickly . My only other issue came from backup from an old server deal being uploaded by mistake after a server crash. Took a little to get across what the problem was because I'd upgraded a couple weeks before but once we were all reading from the same hymn sheet it got sorted out.

Thanks for that, do you know if the 'unlimited domains hosting package' in the cpanel account hosting package are true Addons with their own URL for example "www.addonDOTcom" and not "www.addon/maindomainDOTcom" as they would be with subdomains

Yep. Those are true addon domains. They will have their separate website.

Addon domains created using cpanel hosting control panel dont redirect to any subdomain or any other URL.

You wont see any bad reviews about our company as we have never allowed any of our customers to cancel and leave with a bad taste. If any of our customers have cancelled their account then that has been due to their personal problems.

I dont think any of our existing customers would go to any other review site and starting posting good reviews. People post reviews in other forums or portals only if they have some specific intentions.

I've been with them for quite a while now and any problems I've had have been minor and have been sorted out quickly. Considering the webhosting plans are really good value I'd say you can't go too far wrong

One thing James, I was told that free Anti Virus software was included, but I cannot see it in cpanel account hosting plans.

We have our owned anti-spam and anti-virus scripts running on the Linux shared server. This is not included in cpanel account hosting packages as cpanel shows the scripts which are inbuilt with it.

You should check the volume of incoming spams in coming few days and you will see the difference as our spam protection and anti-virus script block close to 90% of incoming spams.
