I see your lowest priced managed dedicated server is £55 - what does the management consist of? Will you handle the configuration / upgrade of Apache etc.? I don't have time to manage a server day-to-day, but am happy to pay for you to do it...Also, would we be able to enable php mail, and disable mod_security rules for the entire server?
