Dear Mates,

I was trying to Order VPS but I've noticed the you guys do not provide Control Panel with your W-VPS 01 Plan. Can anyone please update me why is that so?

Hello Duran,

Thank you for considering Webhosting.UK for your VPS requirements. We do not provide Control Panel with our Windows VPS 01 because the RAM allocated to that package ( W-VPS 01 ) is 512 MB of RAM and Control Panel needs about 250 MB of RAM to process, if we install on Control Panel on W-VPS 01 it will affect the performance of the VPS Server. Hence Control Panel Option is available on Windows VPS 02 and 03.

Thank you for the information Zain. I will have to speak to my manager about considering W-VPS 02 because earlier I spoke to someone from sales department and that was in our budget. I will update you guys about it shortly.

We used to offer Plesk control panel with our Windows VPS Starter package i.e. Windows VPS 1 package before but we found out that customers had been facing problems with it as it did not offer enough resources for the smooth functioning of the control panel due to which we decided to offer control panel with the Business and Enterprise package only.
