Default OS Reloads

Do you provide OS Reloads for free? Also if its not free how much do you charge for OS reloads?

Yes, OS reloads on all the servers i.e. VPSs, Semi-dedicated servers, Cloud servers and Dedicated servers are offered for free. You just have to send an email to our technical support department from your registered email address and request an OS reload.

Kindly note that you should have the backups of all the data on the server to make sure that you can restore the data after the OS reload is completed and you receive the login details.

Thank you for the reply. Do you also provide back up plans? If suppose my data is large enough then will you help me to take back- up from the server or I will have to take care of back-up? I think the data would be about 500 GB.

Yes, we do offer Backup Plans. R1Soft CDP 3.0 Enterprise Edition is an offsite backup. Those backup plans can be configured on daily, weekly and monthly basis or to restore Specific Files/Folders.

If you choose a backup plan with the server or the hosting plan you have, our technical support department can configure the backups for you as per your requirements. Backups can be configured on hourly, daily or weekly basis. You can also specify the files and folders for which backups are needed.

Well, if I will place the order for Back-up plan then normally how much time will it take to upload 500 GB data on your back-up server?

The exact time required for the upload cannot be estimated. The time required also depends on the factors like the applications to be installed and the network speed. However if the data is of 500 GB, it might take a couple of hours.

It is not possible to give you the exact time required for uploading 500 GB data on the server as this depends on the internet connection speed you have and various other factors. However, you can assume that 2-3 hours will be required to upload 500 GB of data.
