I would like to ask, whether you offer master reseller account on your reseller packages.

As for now, we do not offer Master reseller accounts with our reseller hosting plans. If you wish to create Master reseller accounts, you can consider our VPS, Semi-dedicated, Cloud or Dedicated servers. However, you will have to choose a control panel with the server you choose if you wish to create Reseller and Master reseller accounts as control panel is not offered as standard with the servers and is optional.

For me 'Master Reseller' with unlimited resources is not practically possible and is just the lame marketing which we should avoid.

Though, Shane did not mention about Unlimited resources but claiming to offer Unlimited resources with any hosting plan is an unjust practice to attract customers. Small hosting providers may use these techniques as they need business but unfortunately, some of the big players in the hosting industry also try to dominate the market by practicing these techniques.
