Can I configure the backup

Good to hear that you are offering R1soft backup with your Shared and Reseller plans. Just a quick question, if I consider a cpanel premium plan, can I configure the backup as per my requirements ?

Yes, we now maintain daily backups of all our Linux Shared & Reseller hosting servers using R1Soft. Clients with these packages would be able to restore backups on their own from within cPanel control panel. Clients will have backups of latest 7 days in an incremental format which can be restored as and when required.

The above backup which we provide as a part of our service can't be configured as per your requirement. We have configured a standard setup for the entire server. If you need backup to be configured as per your requirement, you will need to opt for a separate R1 Soft backup plan. Our admins will set the frequency of the backup as per your instruction and can change it whenever required.
