We don't provide shell access with Linux shared and reseller hosting plans.

You will get the SSH access with VPS and Dedicated Servers only.

We have a server reserved for SSH access. You will need to specify in the signup form at the time of signup that you wish to get your account setup on server with SSH access cpanel hosting server.

Your account will be setup on our server based in Hurricane Electric datacenter ( US ) as we dont allow SSH access on any of our UK based servers.
