Online Pharmacy website

I am planning to host a online pharmacy website. at this point im just looking for information. Do you have any restrictions for pharmacy? We have manufacturer license and sell only non-controlled substance. I would like to know all the legal requirements beforehand so that I don't run into problems once i purchase the hosting.

I would strongly recommend you contact a lawyer regarding this instead of requesting assistance on what seems to be legal requirements on a public forum where anyone can give you advice which you cannot be sure whether is true or not. You are welcome to host your e-commerce business with us so long as you are complying with British laws and our Terms and Conditions / Terms of Service since your website will be hosted in a UK data centre. Because of this, I would strongly advise you to look for and hire a lawyer regarding the advice and information you are wanting. I'm going to close this thread because it wouldn't be appropriate for anyone here to advise you on such legal matters when you simply cannot verify if they're a legally trained lawyer.
