Adding a Live chat feature will definitely help your website. There are many users who need help while understanding any product or while placing the order. If you just have a email support, you might loose a sale because the customer might be ready to place the order from your website and might go just due to your late reply. There are many competitors who have a Live chat support also and if the user finds them he will surely order the product from them. If you are having a Live chat the user has a option to clear his queries within a few seconds.

Live chat on your website will definitely help as the visitors on your website will be able to inquire about the products and services you offer and may take a positive decision. Also, if you have a website with live chat and other websites in the same business does not have it, it will be an added benefit. However, please make sure that you appoint the right people with good knowledge and communication skills for attending customers as this will make a huge difference.

Adding live chat to website simply makes your website interactive in terms of customer support. In short, your website would speak on your behalf. It works as a helping tool for the website like when a visitor comes on your website he/she will see an live chat icon on the side.By clicking on the link a visitor window would open from there a visitor can initiate chat after filling basic details such as first name, last name and email id. You can attain real time monitoring of your website. In addition, you can provide 24/7 online through adding live chat on your website.

If you have good traffic with sound income and you want to provide instant service & support to your customers to impress them with your services then you should consider investing in some reliable Live chat application which would help you to gain trust of your customers.
Make sure if you add this feature then you will have to maintain your quality services with talented staff to handle all incoming request.

You should add live chat on your website if its a E-commerce website. It will help you to support your customers as well as chat with your website visitors and speak out about your services you offer through your website. You know very well how it cost to get a single visitor into your website. Website design and Development cost + web promotion cost + Live chat software cost = Huge ammount So sincerly you have to handle chat with website visitors. I advice your to add Live2support's live chat software on your website. They offer very advance features at reasonable price.

You might want to take a look at Live Person, Live Zilla and CCS. CCS is simple, not many features available but it will do the job. Live zilla and Live person come with many features but you might find those expensive.

Have you ever used it? and how was your experience using the above chat application?
I hope it's not a huge application and can be used with most basic website hosting packages.
