Default Information on WordPress Hosting

I am looking for a good WordPress hosting option. This will give my website the benefit of hosting and blogging both. However I am not very tech savy; can I get information about WordPress and web hosting?

You will only have to pay for the hosting charges; WordPress can be downloaded for free

Our servers are suited for hosting Wordpress sites. All our Hosting plans support Wordpress. So you can choose any hosting plan as per your Hosting requirements. As we provide Wordpress on both Windwos and Linux platform, so that user has a option to choose any hosting platoform on which he is comfortable on.

What are the hosting that will support WordPress? Can I incorporate it with a dedicated hosting plan?

WordPress is supported on all of our Web Hosting Packages. You can also consider a Dedicated Hosting Plan for the same.

Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

If you have a small website with limited traffic then there's no need to invest in dedicated hosting rather you can start with low end hosting solutions like a shared hosting or can also consider a VPS. Once you start getting huge traffic and requires more resources then certainly you can consider a full fledged Dedicated Server for excellent performance.

I have a website that may be called medium in size. While it is appropriate for me to get into shared hosting as of now, I am also considering VPS hosting. In my opinion, this would be the most perfect hosting platform for my business as of now.

Hello Carol,

You can very well begin with a VPS. With a VPS you have a complete control over your hosting environment similar to a dedicated server. As and when your blogging website grows and you feel the necessity of more resources, you can seamlessly upgrade to Cloud hosting or dedicated hosting.

Hello,

Of course, You can start with wordpress website for your hosting and blogging purpose and there lots of things you can run on your website apart from hosting and blogging. WordPress works best when it’s in a rich hosting environment. To run a Wordpress website the minimum requirement is 3.1 are PHP 4.3 and MySQL 4.1.2. So even a basic Shared Hosting can be used for that or higher depending on your requirements, Since wordpress website requires PHP and My SQL it is recommended to be chosen with a Linux Platform.

It is always recommended to have PHP version 5.2.4 or greater and MySQL version 5.0 or greater.

Wish you all the best for your new Wordpress Website.

The VPS is a good option. With the VPS you will get root access to the server which you will not get with the Shared or Reseller Plan. Not only that, you can also install 3rd party applications on the VPS server which would be helpful for you if you are using or wish to use 3rd party applications. You can start with the STARTER plan and as the traffic increases you can upgrade your plan.

If you choose a VPS with cPanel/WHM control panel to host Wordpress sites, I would also suggest you to consider Softaculous Auto-installer with the VPS as Softaculous will allow you to install and update Wordpress and more than 200 other scripts with a few simple clicks
