It is cpanel WHM.

If I start with a VPS and upgrade to cloud server after a month who takes care of the migration you or me? Do you charge for it ?

With cPanel, we are able to migrate the complete data on our servers.

When you wish to upgrade to a higher plan, we will take complete care of the data migration for you. In this time the old server is kept active as well.

What if someone is using a custom control panel and wishes to move his website on your server, who can he do that and will you assist you in the migration process ?

If you have a custom control panel and want to move onto our servers, than you can start the migration once you receive the login details and our support staff is always available to help you incase you face any problems during the migration process.

Great news. Do I have to provide you the details of the control panel or upload a backup file in my new account? Is there any charge for this?

Either is fine. You can upload the backup on the new web space or provide the control panel login details to the tech. They will take a backup as of that time and migrate the data on the new server. We do not charge for getting an account migrated on our server.

Sounds good. So the techs migrate the data on the new server and then I can cancel the old account with my current host right ??

Yes, but only after the domains have resolved from the new server. You should allow 24-48hrs for the domains to completely resolve to the new servers. You should also check if all the data was transferred over to the new server completely. Later, have the old host cancel the account.

If selecting a particular hosting plan is getting difficult for you; then consider the following aspects:
1. This question is very important – is it the perfect suit for your web hosting requirements?
2. The operating system on which it is based on
3. Technical support is offered through email, phone and chat
4. The loading speed of your website
5. The bandwidth capacity provided in the hosting plan
6. Regular reports about server logs and hosting activities
7. Extra features and addons
Every individual and business has different requirements in terms of web hosting activities. Therefore it is important that your web hosting plan is perfect and serves all your purposes and simplifies your hosting activities.
