We have three separate Linux VPS plans with different Disk Space, Bandwidth and RAM. You can check those at Linux VPS Plans

You can have up to 768 MB RAM with the VPS Plans. Anything more than this and you can consider the Semi-Dedicated Server where you can have 1 GB RAM.

Additional IP's are £2 GBP per IP IP per month. You will need to provide the justification for the use of those additional IP's and they will then be assigned to your server.

Based on your requirements you need to get VPS hosting plan to meet your desired output. There are plenty of webhost now a day. all you need to do is check on their features and prices to check which one is best for you

VPS plans of webhosting.uk are also good and fulfill you required criteria. But for more than 2 IPs, you have to pay for an additional cost for each IP. Yes you can check other hosts as well but for the right selection, dont ignore reliability, stability, uptime and of course Customer Technical Support.
