Which plan to choose ? VPS or Reseller
Can you please share your opinion what is the easiest way to get started with own web hosting business? Reseller or VPS?
Some companies offer managed VPS - is it enough to have nothing to worry about with VPS to get started, but what about Reseller are they also managed ?

In VPS hosting plans, you can install any 3rd party application on the server but in Reseller hosting plan this feature is not provided. VPS is as good as a Dedicated server. Both VPS and Reseller plans can be reselled further. Other difference between VPS and Reseller plans is about the resources, VPS has more Space and bandwidth allotted to it when compared to Reseller hosting plans. So if you need to install any application on the server or need more resources you will have to opt for VPS otherwise Reseller hosting plan will be good to go with. We offer 24 X 7 Free Technical support via Live chat, Email and Phone support on both Reseller and VPS hosting plans, so both hosting plans will be managed.

If I am on your Shared Hosting package, but later think of upgrading to VPS, can I host a Blackhat forum on your hosting to increase my earnings and cover the VPS costs? If so, what are the limitations on running such Forum?

We don't have any problem in hosting such Blackhat forum just make sure nothing is illegal and against our TOS, if we get any notification of copyright violation then you will have to remove the abusive content else your server will be shutdown.

Most often people share software, paid ebooks and other such content on these forums. I will try the best that it is kept as clean as possible, I can't check each post though

That's fine...
Just make sure if anything gets illegal touch and we get notification about it or copyright violation then you will have to remove the abusive content else we will suspend your server. ( Better go through our TOS before you place order )

I think reseller plan is the best option. Once you have enough clients and you start making profits you can upgrade to a VPS.

If you would like to setup a web hosting business, then reseller hosting is the best option for you. With reseller hosting you will get a web space that you can sell to your customers for their hosting requirements. While VPS hosting is a regular hosting service that allows you to host your website on a virtual private server. This server is portioned in order to host various websites. Therefore reseller hosting is the right choice for starting a web hosting business. For getting more information on reseller hosting visit Reseller Hosting | cPanel Reseller Hosting | Linux Reseller Web Hosting UK

well it depends on your requirements. VPS gives you freedom to manage the things if you can do it yourself but if you cant, then Reseller hosting is best as everything is setup for you by your web hosting service provider.

If you wist to manage your server via Root access then you should opt for a VPS. If you are happy managing your Reseller account via your Control panel, then a Reseller plan would be fine. But you will get a better control in VPS rather then Reseller plan.

As Blackhat forums as considered as illegal and we do not allow any illegal content to be hosted on our servers, so we do not allow BlackHat forums to be hosted on our servers.

What content are you planning to allow / include in your Blackhat community forum since we don't allow any illegal activities on our servers and if we get any complaint or notification we will suspend your hosting account.
