Difference between WHM and WHMCS

I have just referred your Linux Reseller hosting plans and found that you offer WHM along with it. Is it the same billing applications named as WHMCS which is used for managing billing accounts ?

Web Host Manager(WHM) is a master control panel used to manage your hosting accounts and the server. WHMCS is a Billing software used to manage the Billing accounts. There is no relation between WHM and WHMCS.

WHM is a linux based control just like Plesk. WHMCS on the other hand is a billing software. Initially the name WHMCS was chosen because WHMCS was designed to integrate only with cPanel & WHM but later it could be integrated with many other panels.

You provide WHM free along with your Reseller hosting plans. So is WHMCS also provided free just like WHM along with your Reseller hosting plans ?

WHMCS is paid third party software which isn't included with the reseller plans unfortunately.

Web Host Manager(WHM) is a master control panel and is provided free with our Reseller hosing plans. WHMCS is a Licensed product and you need to pay Licensing cost to use it. Its not provided for free.

Well, if you want to avoid any extra expense for getting WHMCS license billing application then you can go with PHP-coin which is also a good billing software and is FREE to use !!

Do you provide PHP-coin Billing software along with your hosting plans and will you install it for me if I opt for one of your Hosting plans?

PHP-coin Billing application is supported on all our Hosting plans. On our Linux hosting plans, we provide cPanel along with Fantastico / Softaculous from which you can install PHP-coin Billing application through few clicks. On our Windows Hosting plans, we will assist you in the installation of the PHP-coin Billing application.

There is no billing application with softaculous. If you need phpcoin then you should be using a fantastico server
