Reseller Hosting basics

Hey there everyone, My name is Robert and I am currently searching for a new host to use as a reseller.

I would start off with the smallest reseller package.

Can someone answer my first queries --

What would happen if I was to go over my disk space or bandwidth quota?
What are all the options i can use to pay my monthly price ?
If I ever miss payment of one month, do you suspend straight away ?

This is all I have to ask for the time-being.

Here are the answers to your questions:

In that case you simply upgrade to one of the higher plans.

I assume you mean payment methods:
Google Checkout- Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card - Moneybookers

The invoice is generated 10 days before the due date. You get another 6 grace days to pay before your account is suspended.

In that case you simply upgrade to one of the higher plans.
Can I just upgrade from my contorl panel? Any if I was to upgrade to the next reseller plan then will the website be taken down?

Will you autocharge my credit card each month?

You can request the billing dept. to upgrade the hosting plan. An upgrade to next higher reseller plan won't involve any migration or site down.

We do not auto charge credit cards you need to pay manually every month.

You can set a monthly Paypal subscription. That way your paypal will automatically send payments each month.

If I was to buy the basic reseller package, would I be able to open my own free hosting service in my reseller? Will webhosting.uk.com have any problems with that ?

Yes you can. What you sell is upto you. Just make sure your free users do not post anything illegal on their website.

Sure I will monitor what our customers will upload, as well as monitor what they are using their site for.

If I plan to register domain from you. do you allow me to set DNS or I have to contact you to get that done ??

That can be done right from the billing/client area. You can change DNS for your domains, manage your payments etc from this area.
