Default Reseller hosting plans

I am interested in one of your Linux Reseller hosting plans. Here are some queries before I proceed further on this.

a) Can I sell the hosting plan which I create on the Reseller hosting plan to "n" number of users, or you have any limit set on the limit on the customers to whom I resell ?

b) Will each user of mine will get a separate control panel or will all of them share a single control panel ?

c) How will I be able to monitor my Reseller account. Is there any additional tool that I need to consider along with the hosting plan for this ?

d) Can I register domain, activate accounts and suspend them whenever required ?

e) Is there any support provided for my end users. If yes, please let me know the medium of support and the time span in which it will be provided ?

f) What is the uptime of the server, as it will play a vital role in convincing my customers ?

g) Do you provide Money back guarantee on the hosting plans incase I am not satisfied with your hosting services.

h) If in future I wish to upgrade the server to a Cloud or a Dedicated server, will you assist me in doing that ?

i) Do you have any offers running as of now if I wish to sign up ?

Thanks ROSS for answering all my questions. I have had a closer look at your Reseller hosting plans after having all my questions answered. I will definitely vouch your offer of 2 months free(on Annual billing cycle) + a free domain + all the privileges of becoming a Reseller. I have a few more questions and hope you don't mind answering them.


a) If I pay for the Reseller hosting plan upfront Annually and cancel it after 2 months, will I get a refund or not and if I upgrade to Cloud or Dedicated server will I get some credit of my Reseller account added against the new order?

b) Can I add SSL certificates and Dedicated IP's to my account later ?

Martyn, I am pretty much Happy to answer your queries regarding our Reseller hosting plans.

a) Yes, you will get a refund of the remaining months or the months for which you have not used the hosting service. If you upgrade the hosting plan to a Cloud or a Dedicated server,the amount for the unused months will be credited to your hosting account.

b) You can add the Addons like SSL certificates, Dedicated IP's or Paid side buliders by paying applicable charges for them.

To clarify, in case you decide to order the SSL from us, a dedicated IP will be included with it.

I just have some doubt regarding your support offered in Reseller hosting plans. You provide email support for my clients, but will the clients come to know that I am a Reseller and not a hosting company. Is there any sort of solution on this issue ?

You can use private nameservers. But the network whois will still point to webhosting.uk.coms network.

Are there any responsibilities of being a Reseller or is the end user responsible for his hosting plan like any Technical error or some other after he purchases it from a Reseller ?

Reseller plays a very important role when you are taking hosting services from some Reseller. Because Reseller is the one who is having all the privileges that are offered by the hosting provider. So you need to contact your hosting provider first when you encounter with some Technical issue and then he will contact the hosting provider and get the issue sorted out. Being a end user of your Reseller, hosting providers only offer email support to them.

Can you explain me how this works? I think private DNS is something similar to ns1.thedomain.com and so on. In WhoIs, it will show the private DNS, right? then what is network whois?

I think he is speaking about the whois info for the IP address. You can check the WhoIs for an IP at:-
Whois - IP Address - Domain Name Lookup

Here it will show the information about the actual host and this will let your customer know that you are a Reseller.

Network whois is information related to IP of that particular server. Generallt the network belongs in the hosting companies name.
