Default SSL certificates

I want to purchase a SSL certificate for my website. I have one domain several sub-domains. Will a single SSL cover my domain along with all the sub-domains or will I have to purchase multiple SSL's for each sub-domain that I host ?

Yes, we can provide you with a SSL that will include all your subdomains along with your main domain name. The name of the SSL that will cover your domain and several sub-domains is "Domain SSL WildCard" .

You coul consider the Wild Card SSL. This certificate includes the "wildcard" ability, which allows you to secure the whole domain rather than specific parts.

You can check the offered SSL and Comparison Chart here:

So, does that mean that each Domain IP needs its own SSL. If you have more than one IP does that mean that you are going to need to get more than one SSL?

SSL needs to be installed on a Dedicated IP, so that it will remain dedicated to a single domain and not shared between different users who are using same IP address on which the SSL is installed. We offer a Dedicated IP free with our SSL certificates, so a SSL can be installed on the Dedicated IP that you get free with it. If you purchase a SSL from us we will install that on your domain name at no additional cost.
