Webhosting Billing software

Hi,

I am testing a VPS Hosting to see if it provides the features that I require and am struggling with customer billing.

My current Host has integrated billing as part of the control panel through which I can manage my clients' Domain name and package renewals.

So far I am failing to find this included as part of my Control Panel and am wondering how I progress from here.

As you have your VPS with another hosting provider, you will have to contact the support team of the Web hosting provider and ask for assistance. If possible, kindly let us know the control panel which has been offered with the VPS and the billing application provided with it. We will try and assist you with this.

CPanel is widely used and many really like it but I had so many issues I stop using them -- that was a couple of years back so maybe they have corrected some things but I still see users with issues.

hmm,
Not too sure what issues you had faced with cpanel in the past but surely your webhost should have helped you with your cpanel issues. Had never heard/seen any major cPanel issue though
