WebHosting account setup time.

I've paid for WebHosting, got the payment receipt earlier today to show invoice has been paid, now what?

I can't log into cPanel as I have no login details (my details for the main site do not work) & I can't submit a support tickets as guess what - I don't have the login details.

After spending literally hours trying to find a way round this all I could find was a sentence saying a reseller account would be set up automatically in 15 minutes, so why am I waiting hours with no contact from Web Hosting UK for a standard hosting account?

If it has to be set up manually during office hours thats fair enough, but it would be nice to be told how long I am going to have to wait.

Apologies for the delay in setting up the account. Usually they are setup almost instantly after the verification process is complete, but being a weekend + holidays, we're a few short of staff which resulted into the initial delay. But now, your Linux cPanel shared hosting account is readied & the necessary login details have been mailed on your registered email address. Please let us know if you need any more assistance. Thank you for the patience shown in the meantime. We'll make sure that no such delays recur in the future by automating few options which require manual/human interference.
