When I upgrade my current webhosting package, do I have to pay a setup fee?

You do not need to pay a set up fee either at the time of sign up or at the time of upgrading. We charge only for the upgradation package.

This is good as some other companies charge you for the setup aswell. I wont mention names but the reason i left my last hosting service provider was because of this.

Some website hosting companies also charge for adding new DNS entries, email accounts, changing MX records, parked domains, addon domains and many more things.

Its better to charge good amount for hosting package at the time of signup rather than making money for each and every service. Customers get frustrated if you charge them £2 ten times but not if you had charged £20 one time fee at the time of account setup.
