This forum is fully licensed with vBulletin and Jelsoft, running of "nulled" vBulletin software is piracy and copyright infringement which is illegal in both the UK and USA along with other countries.
As it's copyrighted material which isn't allowed to be hosted on UK territory I'm pretty sure the answer is no unfortunately.

Jelsoft Enterprises is very quick in locating nulled versions. They can take legal action against a web hosting provider if the hosting company refuses to take action against its customer using nulled vbulletin forum.
