What deals are you willing to do on another 12 month Linux VPS Starter plan?

bearing in mind you quote a 99.95% uptime guarantee, and have only managed 99.336%

*cough* complete balls up in july *cough*

Reimbursement is usually made if the downtime effects respective customers.

I wouldn't expect a reimbursement, there have been many months where they have delivered above 99% and to be honest just two poor months (April and July where uptime was 96.266%% 97.602% respectively)

Just looking to see if there are any options to make the deal seem a bit sweeter, £240 is a lot of money this time of year and in the currant financial climate.

These situations were unavoidable, both down to the operating system and not a fault of Web Hosting UK but at least they got the issues resolved
