Hi,

I'm interested in your Linux VPS Starter plan and I've few questions

a. What OS can I have on my virtual private server ?
b. Can I use the full 384 MB RAM with no alerts in my Power Panel ?
c. Are all ports (incoming & outgoing) open from the point of ordering the vps?
d. Does the vps have a UK IP address ?
e. If I pay monthly for the vps can I cancel at any time and obtain a refund for unused subscription ?

I have answered all your questions as follows :-

a. What OS can I have on my virtual private server ?
Ans: By default, we offer Linux CentOS on our VPS as it is best compatible with cPanel/WHM control panel. We also offer Debian, Fedora Core and Ubuntu OS choices. During singup you will get the option to choose the OS for your VPS. You can opt for anyone of them.

b. Can I use the full 384 MB RAM with no alerts in my Power Panel ?
Ans: Yes, you can use up the full 384 MB Guaranteed RAM on your VPS however you will get alerts about the resource usage.

c. Are all ports (incoming & outgoing) open from the point of ordering the vps?
Ans: Yes, all ports are open so you can configure the ports as per your requirements.

d. Does the vps have a UK IP address ?
Ans: Yes, you will get UK IP address with the VPS.

e. If I pay monthly for the vps can I cancel at any time and obtain a refund for unused subscription ?
Ans: You can cancel and utilize the 30 money back guarantee even if you have paid monthly, semi annually or annually. If you cancel after 1 month, you will be refunded the amount for unused portion of your contract.

Thanks for the quick response you are on top of my list. I've to take refund from my old vps web hosting after that i'll buy vps from you.

one more question are the vps fully managed ?

All our vps are fully managed. Our VPS nodes are fully taken care of by the VPS Administrators. All the necessary updates, upgrades, monitoring and administration is performed by our dedicated team of VPS Administrators.
