Default looking to move my vbulletin forum

I have a vb license and would like to move my forum over to here on a vps.

What i am not sure about is what is installed, will my forum work just by moving here or would all the php, image magick, mysql and other scripting need to be installed first, like what usually come as stranded with shared web hosting.

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy,

Welcome to WebHosting UK forums.

You can consider our VPS to run your vBulletin forum.

As per your requirement we will install the required versions of PHP, MySQL, ImageMagick and other applications on the VPS. So that your vBulletin forums runs perfectly on our Virtual Private Server.

Andy !

If you include cPanel with the VPS then PHP 5 and MySQL 5 will come by default. GD and ImageMagick are also pre-installed on the cPanel VPS, so you can simply migrate your forum and it will start working immediate.

Hi Andy,

Welcome email was sent to you in the morning. Please check and let me know if you have received the welcome email.

I've also logged in and verified working of GD and ImageMagick. You have latest version of PHP and MySQL on your VPS.

Hi Andy,

Yes, it'd be easier for to transfer the complete site, including the forum, website, email accounts, etc by backing up the account from the old host's cPanel & restoring it here on the VPS.
Do let us know if you need any help into this

Hi Andy,

You can ask our Support Team to take care of transferring your website if you don't wish to do it yourself. Try to do it yourself and if you don't succeed then ask for support.
