Windows ASP.NET Hosting Shared Premium

Hi,

I am considering opting for the Shared Windows hosting account. I notice that it incorperates Windows Plesk. Can you tell me please if this features a download and install facility for Oscommerce. I have used cPanel on a linux server in the past and found it very easy. Is Plesk similar. Also can you please advise the minimum contract period for this account type.
