Cheap UK web hosting provider

Hi, I currently have a number of domains hosted by another company and I am considering moving them here. I use seperate companies for registering and hosting domains and I'm not looking to change the registrar of any of my domains, simply the hosting company. I'm looking at a basic 'linux copper' package as my current 5 hosted domains use less than 1g disc space and less than 10g data transfer.

Am I correct in thinking that all I need to do is:

1. Sign up and pay
2. Create new domains in WHM
3. Change nameservers for any domains that I move
4. Change DNS properties to point to new domain IP address
5. Sit back and relax
