We have no problem in giving full refund as per your request
We care for our customers, but customers need to have better understanding of what to expect from a hosting provider. I'm quite sure you won't be happy with any other hosting company as you expect everything to happen within an hour which is next to impossible for other VPS Hosting providers.
Our meeting was scheduled to provide better service to our customers and I don't see any reason to apologise. You could have come on livechat or called us to get the setup process completed quickly.
Communication is a Two way process and one should not expect only service provider to communicate.

A shame, as I think that you would have been in good hands here, even after the first initial hickup. I am sure that no company is error free and neither will your new host be when it comes to customer service at times.

I have no problem with companies taking 6-7 or 8 hours if thats what they advise their customers, but you instructed me in your email from VPS team at 6.52pm that my account would be set up within 30 minutes, thats 7.22 at the latest, thats 38 minutes before your meeting. If I am told within 30 minutes then yes i expect it to be within 30 minutes. PS Its 1.00am still no refund, but I expected that.

I've been with Webhosting for over a year and a very pleased with the support team, they do an excellent job and get any tickets I've raised completed fast!
Cant ask for anymore for them - well, if I've got to be critical then maybe there are times that Plesk could be faster.

We can get your plesk problem sorted if you have a VPS, Semi-dedicated or Dedicated server. Plesk speed on the older versions of plesk control panel cannot be improved without upgrading the version of plesk on shared hosting servers.

well it seems to me as if there are pros and cons to this webhosting company
i as well am having some vps issues with them for setting it up but i understand that it takes time and that some staff told me the admin was getting a new node for it
What most ppl that dont understand is is the fact that nothing and no one is perfect
you expect to much to a certain point and then you fail because your expectations where not met = you dislike this company
so even tho if there support team is slow to me thats okay i would rather have a better secured server than a fast support team.
but a fast support team would be nice.
What you have to take into consideration here is that
can one person do 100% best of there ability to the point where there perfect?
that is a retorical question that only you can answer

Please let me know your email address you have used while placing order so that i can check your account status, as a part of order verification process we have give a call for all new orders we receive and once your order is verified we proceed with account/server setup and forward login details at your registered email address.
