Question VPS: OpenVZ - free OS reloads? Debian version?
On an OpenVZ VPS can I contact support to reload the OS in the event that I want it reinstalled? Is this free?

Also, is Debian Etch available?

I dont have OpenVZ, but I would expect that as a standard level of support through a new ticket.

One OS reload on VPS is free once in a month. If you ask for OS reload more than once in a month then you will need to pay £15 for it.
