Video sharing site : VPS Hosting or SemiDedicated Hosting ?

hello, i need a VPS or Semi Dedicated Server. to run and Video sharing site.

Please recommend which one would be best for me, i need all features listed below:
Please advise, if your servers support these features and which would be best
VPS or SEMI

Some content will be down loadable - user must own product rights to allow download of files.

I'm new to this so can you advise if your server has the components listed below installed or can you install them.

Also what is the vps or semi server up-link (10mbps) 100mbps?

Please give as much detials as you can - we will upgrade to a dedicated server when needed will this be possible and how difficult is it.

VPS would be the best option for this requirements. All our Servers have 100 Mbps Ethernet card and they are connected to 1 Gbps Switches. This switches are connected to 2 x 10 Gbps uplink so you should have no concerns related to network speed.

You should consider only VPS to host a video sharing website as all the custom configurations of apache and php can be done on a VPS while few things like ffmpeg wont be possible on a semi-dedicated server.

All our VPSes and Dedicated Servers are fully managed so you wont have any problem in upgrading to a Dedicated Server in future as we take care of migration work for those who upgrade from VPS => Dedicated Server.
