Fast Dedicated server setup time

Hi i need help as i am not getting anywhere in speaking with your technical support guys , everyone is telling me different things.
I recived my verification call yesterday advising me that i will shortly recive the login details for my server . 24 hours later i still have not recived the email. I spoke to Nash this morning on live support at 6:33amGMT he advised me that the server will be set up within 4 hours and i will receive my login details then . fair enough i thought so i waited the extra 4 hours.... 4 hours 30 minutes later still no email with the login details for the server . I go back to live support and speak to nash again . he advsies me that he does not no why the server has not been setup where as in the past 36 hours i have been told by various support staff that the server is in the rack powered up and being installed ! . Nash has now advised me that a sales manager will be calling me in the next 2 hours but i am yet to receive the call . why is the server taking soo long to set up ?

I think you should advertise the forums in a big banner on the index page
