If I have a WHM reseller hosting plan, do you support my clients directly and completely or do I have to e-mail my client's query to you if I am unable to answer it?

We provide 100% support to you. We cannot provide support to your clients directly. You will provide support to your clients. Whenever you receive any complicated query from your clients, you may forward it to us. We will resolve the issue and let you know the solution. You may then suggest the solution to your client.
