I need a helping hand as basically the support team are two sided..

Well i contacted livesupport yesterday under pre-sales and got through to Victor. I asked him if i upgraded to the next VPS plan would i only have to pay £25.00 and not the extra £5.00 for the cPanel as i'm already paying the £5.00 in the actual other package, he said yes but contact support to get this changed via email to billing@webhosting.uk.com and a senior administrator will look into it.

I have just recieved an email back from who appears to be from the "Support Team" not the "Billing team" and no signs of an administrator saying the following..

Hello,

Your invoice 10000 is due and you can pay it on or before 23/08/2007.

So you can upgrade your plan to next higher plan which is Vps BUSINESS and it will cost your 25GBP + 5GBP (for Control Panel:
WHM - Cpanel).
So the monthly invoice will be of 30GBP.

Please let us know if you want to upgrade your plan in this month, so that we can send you the invoice and upgrade your plan as soon as we receive your payments.

I am totally confused, i don't really want to pay the extra £5.00 for cPanel as iv'e been paying it for three months in the other package, if somebody such as James or Admin could give me a trutheful answer into if i do need to pay the extra £5.00 so i would be paying £30.00 per month that would be great.

Hello Daniel,

cPanel license fees is £5.00 per month which is same for all the other linux vps packages. Anytime you can upgrade to VPS BUSINESS plan b'coz we don’t charge anything extra for upgrade other than the price difference. If you upgrade today you will have to pay £10 and for the next months renewal you will have to pay £30 / Month which will be due on 22nd of this month.

I had the same issue I was'nt happy paying £5 for a Cpanel I will use just once to setup a database and probably wont touch the Cpanel for a few weeks at a time ... I upgraded to Semi Dedicated instead paying £25 per month with the Cpanel fee included in the price .... only thing is you dont get root access ....

The price plans in my opinion need to be set out more clearly. I was confused and even Victor on the pre-sales or billing told me that i would only have to pay the £25 and not the additional £5 for cPanel as i'm already paying that in the package which i was to upgrade from.

If staff are going to say something at least tell me the right answer as i could have upgraded with question to support but without question to here and it would have costed me an additional £5.00.
