i am very interested in acquiring one dedicated server from you. Can you please tell me what do you mean by saying fully managed? I understand that someone (a human administrator) will take care about my server's possible problems (security, malfunctions etc) and upgrades that have to be made.

Am i right? If not, please tell me about it,
