Hi, what are the specs of the cpu in the cheapest plan?
Also how many mailboxes and mysql dbs? unlimited? (obviously max to space)

Do you really guarantee 99.99% uptime?

you can create unlimited mailboxes and databases as long as you don't run out of space and bandwidth. We guarantee 99.95% uptime guarantee as 99.99% is not possible every month. We cannot meet 99.99% uptime guarantee even if we reboot a server for kernel upgrade once in a particular month.

actually......you didn't mention the cpu in the servers used for VPS, only shared.
