Hi in FAQ 3 it says to use .htaccess. I changed .htaccess in www folder to
php_value register_globals 0 (was set to php_value register_globals 1) did nothing. Any Ideas? Many Thanks! |

register_globals has been turned off for your account. Please check the same from your end.

No reason to turn them on! why would you want to have scripts that can't cope with register_globals OFF???.
Why don't you get upto date and stop using 'shorthand coding ' scripts!

Well whether you want them on or not I couldn't give a shi*t, just trying to help by offering a suggestion by saying all php scripts have to be written with consideration of $globals being set as 'off'.
I use oscommerce and as far as |I am aware all is geared up for globals off...but what do I know!!!!
