wow.,..took me 6 hours to transverse 2 sites. EVERYTHING was wrong...lazy coding.

Spend an age using $_REQUEST to mimic the get method. Not sure it was worth it as reguest still allows the url get method, and since db requests are usually using the 'get' method' what is the point!

I even used the foreach to fetch one of the forms as i couldn't be bothered requesting all of them
