I have an issue I would some advice on how to resolve.
I have used on a VPS, the Plesk control panel to create a new hosting option for a client, with the PHP support option enabled, but when uploading PHP files to the hosting space, and viewing via a browser, the following error message is returned: Not Found The requested URL /info.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. |

Hi, while you are waiting for support to reply or someone who knows better, you may have an issue with mod_rewrite. Searching via google may shed some light. I maybe totally wrong though

Files were uploaded to the web root (httpdocs) Ok; including HTML files which have been found by the http request, just not the PHP files.

Hi neopol
Though I myself is not an expert at the concern area, I always take help from some professional service providers, currently I am taking the services from ******* for my current project. "They are an assembled team of Tech Professional with Extensive Experience in taking down IT task or IT technical problems giving you the Shortest Turnaround Time possible." Hope it's helpful to you!
