Default PHP issue

Hi,

I'm wanting to know if anything has changed on the servers in the last 24 hours?
Yesterday I was able to log into my site but today this doesn't work at all.
I haven't changed any of the back end code recently.

Have their been any changes to PHP config settings or the PHP version?

This is quite important as none of my users can log in at the moment.

Mudders

This is happen on 2 of my accounts at the moment too. I have opened 2 tickets for them (they are new accounts without the domains yet, but the php is not domain dependent)

Can you explain why it is happening that posts and gets are failing???

Data IS held in the hidden input fields but is not delivered to the receiving script, although the domain (hosted elsewhere whilst I get these working) works perfectly.

I thought that Register Globals was off by default these days? It's a security risk and you shouldn't rely on it.

Possibly another reason why I moved hosts, but I came from Pipex (I am sure there are tons of other like me, moving host)

I only twigged it in the early hours that the versions upwards had them turned off, but when you have been working for 7 years with them on.....

It was easy to fix, but annoying to have to guess.
