Conversion Utility 5.2.x --> 5.3.x ???

Does anyone know of a conversion utility that can convert all your script/templates to keep up with the Hosting providers upgrading their capabilities but the impact is keeping your scripts at the latest versions of PHP....?

Help or Comments Welcome..
