phpMyAdmin Issue

Hello there,

As you can see I am new to this so go easy.

I am trying to setup phpMyAdmin. I followed a few different instruction to installing it. I downloaded 3.3.8 zip.

I followed a youtube vidoe on how in setup phpmyadmin.

Download-Unzip-copy all files-paste into new folder in C:\www named 'phpmyadmin' I did every step to the point and when I come to type in 'http://phpmyadmin' for the first time, I get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

Can anyone help with this?

I am using Vista and internet explorer, I have tried turning my firewall off and still no luck.

Install it where?
You should (probably) already have it on your site controls.

Is PHP installed/enabled for your (default) site?
